Akshara has started acting in movies, just like her family members who are famous in Indian cinema. She is getting noticed for her acting in Bollywood and South Indian films.
While we’re still waiting for an official confirmation, there are reports suggesting that Akshara Haasan, the daughter of actor Kamal Haasan, has purchased a fancy apartment in Mumbai’s Khar suburb. This apartment is quite spacious, covering an area of 2,245 square feet, and it’s rumored to cost around Rs. 15.75 Crores.
The apartment is said to be on the 13th floor of a 15-story building called Ekta Verve on 16th Road in Khar. What’s even more convenient is that it includes three parking spots for cars.
According to the contract, the property deal was made between a couple from Bandra and the 33-year-old actress. The deal was officially recorded on September 27, and a stamp duty of Rs. 94.50 lakh was paid.
Ekta Verve is a fancy housing project created by Ekta World Group. It offers different types of apartments like 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK. According to the MahaRERA portal, this tall building has 15 stories and a total of 18 apartments. Most of these apartments are 5BHK units, and there’s also a duplex option available.
