He took the power of CM around 11.30 PM on 13 December. Also, he was ordered to avoid the usage of loudspeakers and the sale of meat in open areas. The decision was made based on the Madhya Pradesh Noise Control Act and guidelines from the Supreme Court and the High Court outlined in the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000. According to the Act, using loudspeakers and other sound-amplifying devices at high volumes without permission is entirely prohibited.
In every district, the flying squad will check religious and public places regularly and randomly. If rules are broken, an investigation will be carried out within three days, and a report will be sent to the relevant authority.
The Chief Minister also talked about setting up excellent colleges for young people in each district. He mentioned the selection of 52 colleges, named Prime Minister’s Excellence Colleges. These colleges will offer digital lockers for students. CM Yadav explained that the decision to establish colleges and universities with digital lockers was made because students often face problems with their degree mark sheets.
He mentioned an increase in the prices of tendu leaves from Rs 3000 to Rs 4000. Additionally, he highlighted a significant event in Ayodhya on January 22, stating that the MP government would welcome those going to Ayodhya along the path to the Ram Temple.
