In Brisbane, Australia, more than 300 people evacuated due to a huge flood in Northeastern Australia. The damage was stretched about 400 Kilometers which is 250 miles across northern Queensland. On Monday, the city was flooded on roads and in turn, the crocodiles entered the city. The nearby places of Cairns include Daintree, Port Doughlas, Cooktown, Wujal Wujal, and Hope Vale which have warnings of huge rainfall. On Wednesday, a category 2 tropical cyclone passed close to Wujal Wujal. Only a little damage happened in the region because of that cyclone. However, the huge rainfall devasted the region and caused severe damage. Queensland Treasurer Cameron Dick told the flood disaster will cause a “billion-dollar impact” on the state. The Australian military uses two heavy-lifting helicopters for supplies. Also, the researchers insisted that there will be a risk of natural disasters.
