Nagaland’s Higher Education Minister, Temjen Imna has captured many of the food enthusiasts through his video in a local eatery shop. He is known by many through his social media presence. He shared many and now on the lists, he shared another video of flipping a paratha in a local shop that goes viral. In that video, he himself changed to a chef and started to cook in the eatery. In the video shared, he whisks the egg in a container spreads it over the paratha, and ensures cooking the other through a flip of the paratha. The video won’t end here. After that, the hotel staff adds meat, onions, and sauce to the base to make the roll even yummier.

Imna shared a post on platform X formerly known as Twitter in the caption, he said, “To tell the truth, did you feel like eating? But I will not be able to feed in virtual, if you had come here it would have been different!”. The video he shared got 75.2k views and still counting. Also, the minister is continuously sharing the cultural heritage of Nagaland through the festival called “Hornbill”. It shows us the traditional dances, and music of Nagaland to reach a wider audience.
