The huge security breach happened inside the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, December 13 afternoon. In 2001, nine terrorists entered the parliament on the same day December 13. Hence December 13, 2023, is gonna be the 22nd anniversary of Parliament’s attack that happened in 2001.
What Occurred Today In Parliament?
There were four people arrested today because of this incident. Two persons who sat in the public gallery entered into the house chambers. They started to rush to the speaker’s chair and shouted slogans. The incident happened when the BJP MP Khargen Murmu was speaking in the Lok Sabha. The intruders inside the Lok Sabha have been identified as Shagar Sharma and Manorajan. The reports were saying that both are from Mysuru and currently doing Engineering. Both the persons hide color bombs and color sticks in their shoes and burst them inside the parliament.
Also, two persons named Neelam Kaur and Amol Shinde were found protesting in front of the Parliament with cans that emit yellow smoke. also they shouted some slogans like ‘Taanashai nhi chalegi’ (Dictatorship is not allowed). The intruders who entered the parliament got an entry using the visitor Pass issued in the name of Mysuru MP Pratap Simha.

Congress MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla took swift action when two individuals descended from the visitors’ gallery into the House. Narrating the incident, Aujla stated, “One of them held something emitting yellow-colored smoke. I promptly seized it and tossed it outside. This constitutes a significant breach in security…”
