The video that spread widely on the internet made a lot of people very upset. Many shared their anger and frustration. People talked about their own experiences, saying it’s hard even after paying more for AC travel. One person said trains aren’t secure and suggested taking a plane instead. People in their comments showed they were not happy with how safe trains are. They said there needs to be big changes to stop people without tickets from getting into reserved areas. Everyone agreed that passengers who pay should feel safe and comfortable without others who didn’t buy tickets bothering them. Hence, the Railways must address these security lapses promptly, ensuring that the trust of paying passengers is restored, and the sanctity of reserved compartments is maintained.
