Despite her efforts, Samantha admits it’s tough to engage fans in discussions beyond entertainment.

“I have fans who are mostly into entertainment, fashion, and makeup. So, switching to talking about health and advocating for mental health isn’t easy. Despite these challenges, Samantha, who will soon turn 37 on April 28, remains dedicated to the cause. She acknowledges the need for patience, believing strongly that mental health advocacy is the right path for her. “This cause is very important to me, and I’m willing to invest my time and effort into it. Even if I can make a difference for just a few people, I’ll be happy. I feel like this is my purpose, and I’ve always followed my heart in making decisions,” says the actor, known for her roles in movies like Kushi and Pushpa, as well as the web series The Family Man season 2.

Samantha, who will soon appear in Citadel – Honey Bunny, stresses the link between physical and mental well-being. She says, “You can’t be physically healthy if you’re not taking care of your mental health. They both work together. That’s why I encourage simple practices for good mental health, which leads to good physical health.”

While dealing with her Myositis treatment, Samantha is managing her shooting schedules and recovery. Despite this, social media has been tough for her due to constant trolling. However, she has found ways to cope and handle these situations.

With a smile, Samantha explains, “A big part of dealing with this is having a selective filter. I’ve reached a point where I can easily separate the negative from the positive. It is not as tough as it was before!”
