Afterward, she encountered some health issues. Her condition worsened, leading to her admission to Delhi AIIMS on February 7th. Sadly, she passed away on February 16th. This news has deeply saddened the film industry and left many in shock.

Suhani’s body was cremated at Ajronda Cremation Ground in Faridabad, Delhi NCR in Sector 15. Details have emerged about what led to Suhani’s passing. According to her father, Suhani began showing symptoms about 2 months ago, which included red spots on her hands. They sought medical help from various hospitals, but her condition didn’t improve. Eventually, they admitted her to AIIMS in Delhi when her condition worsened.

A recent scan, about 10 days ago, revealed that Suhani was suffering from a rare inflammatory disease called Dermatomyositis. Additionally, her lungs were affected, and there was an accumulation of fluid in them. At AIIMS, she had to be put on artificial respiration as her condition deteriorated.

Despite receiving medical attention, Suhani’s health did not improve, and unfortunately, she passed away without receiving treatment. Only a handful of people worldwide have been diagnosed with such a rare disease. This illness, known as Dermatomyositis, weakens the muscles and causes various rashes to appear on the skin. Suhani’s father explained that it can affect multiple organs in the body, including the heart, liver, lungs, and intestines.

The symptoms of Dermatomyositis include fatigue, fever, weight loss, muscle pain, droopy eyelids, difficulty breathing, reddening of the skin, and swelling around the eyes. While there is no complete cure for this disease, it can be managed with medication and physiotherapy to control its effects.

Suhani’s case highlights the challenges faced by individuals dealing with rare diseases and underscores the importance of raising awareness and support for research into these conditions. Despite the difficulties, her family hopes that by sharing her story, they can shed light on the struggles of those affected by rare illnesses and encourage efforts to find better treatments and support systems.
