On Wednesday, April 24, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) started accepting bookings for “special entry darshan tickets” priced at ₹300 for July. The booking window opened at 10 am. Additionally, the room quota for July in both Tirumala and Tirupati will be made available online at 3 pm.

  1. Start by visiting the Tirupati Balaji website. You can log in using this link. If the link doesn’t work, you can use the SED link updated on the TTD website.
  2. Once you are on the new TTD page, you will be placed in a virtual queue for a few minutes. This helps prevent bulk bookings by agents and ensures fair access for all devotees.
  3. When the virtual queue is over, you’ll need to enter your mobile number and solve the captcha when prompted. Then, click on ‘Generate OTP’.
  4. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number you provided. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click on login.
  5. You’ll be directed to the Special Entry Darshan availability page. Here, select the date you’d like to visit and have backup dates in mind in case your preferred date is full.
  6. After choosing the date, select the darshan time slot that suits you best.
  7. Next, indicate the number of persons who will be part of the darshan. Remember, you can have a maximum of 6 persons in one transaction.
  8. Read and agree to the COVID-19 norms and other rules by checking the checkbox.
  9. Provide the details of all devotees who will be attending the darshan, including their names, ages, genders, and ID proof (such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
  10. Choose one ID card that will be used for the darshan. Keep in mind that only one darshan can be availed on one ID card per month.
  11. Review all the details of the devotees and proceed to the next step.
  12. Make the payment for the darshan. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the TTD website.
  13. After completing the payment, you can download the darshan ticket from the TTD page and save it on your device.
